The worst service ever! Waitress took over 40 minutes to check on us, they really need to do better with customer service. Food was ok

Ordered food for takeout over the phone..got there..order was wrong ...burger instead of grilled chicken sandwich without the rite condiments...also ordered wings...dry, oily and Not seasoned...disappointed
Omg they mess up our bill 4 times ..we go have a few drinks to enjoy and it was a crazy nite ..our order was all jack up...never again never

Very slow service. We're in Linden a lot so we thought we would try this Bdubs. First and last time here...
Came here with my boyfriend for the first time and will probably never come back. The food took about 30 mins to come, and the place wasn't even half packed. The Mac and cheese was cold, and so were my wings. I asked for carrots with it and never got them. Also ordered lemon for my water, got it after asking for it the second time 15 mins later. We also had a little guest at the table, a disgusting bug crawling by our food. Spoke to the manager (Virginia) about it and was very understanding and apologized..she was very sweet... read more
My husband went into the resturant to ask how long the wait was. All he got was attitude and no answer. Very disappointed.
Service is terrible,servers take long to take orders and longer to bring the food ordered to the table,food isn't tasty enough unless customer orders extra sauce and/or seasonings,I think it's better to sit at the bar area,so that the customers don't get ignored and longer to be attended like it happened to me,definitely I won't go to eat at Linden Buffalo Wild Wings again
