Service was terrible. Our server was incompetent as they come. The general manager was even talking trash about the employees.
I called yesterday to place an order for pick up today. Some one took my name and phone number, needless to say I am still waiting on a phone call to place my order. You may need new staff or a better protocol, when it comes to customers orders. Very bad for business.
Waited 15 minutes for 2 beers, 40 minutes for an appitizer, and an hour for food. Waitress disapeared and left 3 tables for 20 more minutes. The manager did nothing to help. To top it off the waitress never said she was sorry.
Ok my review for this location didnt go well at all it took 25 minutes to get a hello... Our food arrived in a hour appetizer and entree at the same time.... I got a cheeseburger with onions,lettuce, and tomato medium well... I recieved a plain cheeseburger well done... No napkins given and when asked it took 10 minutes... The waiter was genuinely nice but needs more training for a busy environment like that... My girlfriend complained to the manager and $17.00 was knocked off the bill that was nice of him... This place has the worst wings and food... chewy fried discussing wings avoid at all costs... go eat in a real restaurant... nasty...
Will never return horrible service horrible good. First we waited no kidding 2 hours for the food to come out... then they forgot to put in one of the entrées. Waited another 45 mins. Half the burger was frozen. Staff does not know the menu. 2 of the wait staff was eating food on the floor. Overall would not recommend going here.
I gave it 2stars because the food was good but 2 hours for wings and popcorn shrimp is crazy and the prices are a bit high
Noisy and we got ignored at our table till we stopped someone to take our order. Black bean burger was good
