One hour to sit down! Another for the food to come and neither mine or my son's ever came!!!!!! Unbelievable! It was awful!!!!!!
Horrible customer service at the "Take out desk". Many employees behind the desk chatting with each other and also a supervisor chatting on her cell phone while customers were getting angry waiting for ordered take outs that was sent in over the phone. When orders finally came out they were missing food or completely wrong. Not a good way to run a business. Very bad customer service so I am not going there ever again.
Was with a large party and was seated right away. Wasn't busy at all. Waitress came by the table every 20-25 mins to see if we needed anything. We actually got up and got our own refills! Ordered our food and waited 30 mins to get it. We spend 2 1/2 hours there just to eat lunch. Service was very slow.
Our waiter was on super slow mode the whole time...however, when it came time to pay the bill, he literally watched me fill out the cc form! Better experience at the one on 22.
Waited 40mins to be seated. After being seated, waited 25mins befor asking to speak with a manager due to no waiter service came to the table at all. I then Proceed to tell the manager that we were now waiting 30mins for a server to come over. The manager soars ok I'll take care of that. 3mins later returns and says a server will be right with us. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE...FOOD WAS AVERAGE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE
I visited on Saturday and got food poisoning!!! On top of being violently ill, i spent 7 hours in the E.R and now have a bill from the hospital for $250. 3 IV bags a CAT scan and meds, I'm home still can't eat just liquids and I know everything about my bathroom. This has been the worse feeling ever. The server was good and left her a nice tip. Guess my tip was "DON'T EAT FROM HERE. I will never return to this establishment after this horrific experience. I hope no one else is getting sick like this.
The wait staff sucked. We were in a section with larger tables (there was 2 of us at my table) and we got overlooked constantly, waited 20 minutes for a COKE. Ridiculous. Probably won't be back. For sure not going back on game days! I'll go to another BWW in the area before I come back here!
