High quality service, professional, and friendly Dr. Burriss was great and everyone that works in the office is outstanding. As we walked through the door, my son and I were greeted with smiling faces and they greeted my son by name, he was not just another patient or number. The wait was short and the visit with Dr. Burriss was quick as well. My son has Down Syndrome and Dr. Burriss acknowledges his slow development. Awesome! Very friendly and efficient! He has been great with both my daughter, 12, and son, 5. He and his staff really know how to make the kids feel at ease and even look forward to their next visit. After every visit, Dr. Bill will sit down and gave a one on one conversation with parents, while the kids are present, and explain in layman's terms what's happening and what's planned. After 3 or 4 years (could be more) of visits, we have never had to wait 5 minutes over our appointment time. Great dentist!

Always kind, caring, excellent care! My 16 yr. old had 2 cavities filled before school. He was finished in less than an hour and in no pain. Dr. Bill and staff are the BEST!
