On 3.22.23 just as I was checking in for my flight B.A decides to change planes to downgrade my flight ??. So at first I called about to ask for refund of difference then ******* stated he could just talk to airline & get me back to 1st class. In 20 min he called me back and I checked on app & sure enough I was back in first class different flight time of onky 30 min earlier. Omar S. (great name!) was vey attentive to my needs. And was fabulous on follow ups when needed. In constant touch. Not having used this company before I was a bit skeptical. But Omar worked hard for my business and got me a good business class flight on Lufthansa to Rome. Flight went well and am working with Omar on my next flight to Europe.
