Just booked flights to Europe for fall 2024. The prices were substantially lower than I could get on my own even with using points to upgrade. Our assistant was Spartac and he was most helpful in pulling together flights for us for a trip to Germany in Summer 2024. We started with a chat and then he called us so we could complete the plans.
