The agent, Selena F., was excellent to work with. Very patient as we worked through an around the world itinerary. She looked at all possibilities, re-checked schedules, etc to find the best times and fit for what I needed to accomplish. She was gracious, kind, thoughtful, helpful, cheerful and stuck through several days of changes until the right program was in place and flights booked.
Again Business Class has exceeded my expectations and is my main source for work and personal business class flights. **** is excellent and so prompt and easy to work with.
