My first booking for an international trip with ANA which was made by mistake was quickly cancelled upon request very professionally by Molly Wilson. Then, my second booking with correct info was handled expeditiously and efficiently. Within a few hours (for payment confirmation with credit card), I received my ticket receipt which I was able to log in with ANA and reserve my seats (at no hidden extra charges as with other online booking agencies).
