Ive booked two flights, and both were smooth processes. The first was just myself, and the second was for my family. I got great deals and had great customer service! I havent had a situation where I needed to reschedule or change my flight, so I cant comment on how good the customer service is with those scenarios but Id definitely use this company again!

I had very pleasant first experience with them. while searching for flights from other site, it gave results which had cheapest option on Business travel group website, booked through them, it was quick, they asked for more documents in email before confirming, they confirmed the flight immediately after providing document. I wish I will get good deal like this from them regularly :)-
