Our assistant was Spartac and he was most helpful in pulling together flights for us for a trip to Germany in Summer 2024. We started with a chat and then he called us so we could complete the plans. He was ahead of us asking for validation on the company and gave us plenty of time to check it all out. Truly a good experience.

As all other companies, BC also do bait and switch (fine print states that) and initial quotes are same as what kayak or ****** flight (expert flyer) results are. Having a regular agent might help but you need to do a lot of ground work yourself to push the agent to find better or great deals. I do not understand that. At the end I rated 4 star because I provided a low fare route in airline website and agent came back with a deal that is with less stops and $600 below the airline price.
