I have flown through BIZ Class a few times and this time was no exception. I have my agent there now who is very responsive to my calls and patiently works me through the process. I will recommend the company and always use them.
Amazing service with transparency on all transactions. We booked for a group and we were each able to complete independent transactions with options to use credit card points. Our representative, Mr. Troy A*********, was professional, provided summary emails pre and post transactions.
