I have had two experiences here. The staff are nothing short or profession and compassionate. It was such a relief to know they were able to help our dog in her time of need. They were so patient and respectful as we had to put our girl to rest today!
Reese was bleeding bad I called the office with my ETA There was a vet standing at the door waiting for him. I am impressed with this also he gets allergy shots monthly and I am able to get the same teck Katie every month he’s relaxed with her she’s great with him I’m impressed all around Thank you
Our boy Diesel had been having a hard time urinating. After a rough experience at Avets in Monroeville, we took him to Butler Veterinary. We are absolutely over the moon with their staff. Diesel is a Pit Bull and gets extremely anxious and vocal. Sarah, came out to get him and never once made us feel any sort of way about our dog. Brought my dog here when he was not feeling well to find out he has lymes disease. The staff and the vet we had was very friendly. They gave a prescription for us to give and was back to normal the next day. I would recommend them to anyone else
Butler Vets Emergency staff was extremely kind and caring (especially Sue and Alyssa!). With the regular phone calls from the doctor and staff, it made it that much easier leaving my puppy there. They were very knowledgeable and would highly recommend any emergency, or routine, care to them. I will be making them my dogs go to doctor just from my experience!

We had to say goodbye to our little poodle, Sam, last night. The staff was WONDERFUL. They explained everything before they did anything, were super comforting, and told us we could stay for hours if we needed to. They have so much compassion in their hearts and a love for their job.
