RecommendedDr Palumbo is awesome not only with the wildlife she helps us with at Skye's Spirit Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, she also helps my pets. Dr. Berry is also amazing and has helped our wildlife for many years! all the vets and staff are professional and friendly and have the best interest of the animals in mind!
Butler vet has always gotten my pets in within one hour when necessary. They are also very honest when I call with a concern whether or not my pet should receive immediate care or if they are okay to wait and see their regular vet in the morning. I recommend them to everyone who I come across who’s pet needs ER care or reasonably priced surgery. My dogs ACL repair was $1500 less here than at other vets and two years later my dog is still doing great.
any time I have had an emergency they have done a fantastic job, are GREAT with my animals, and myself. All of the staff is very nice and professional. I couldn't be any happier. ❤
They took such great care of my dog. Daisy was seriously injured and needed surgery, the entire staff took such excellent care of our girl. I called to check in her through out her stay and they we always very courteous and professional, even though, I know they were busy. After Daisy was able to come home, she needed follow up visits, which she received without any trouble. Two weeks later, my dog is on the mend and doing well. A huge shout out to the great staff! Thank you for caring for my dog!

I highly recommend BVA. After taking my Tessa to her regular vet since August because she was having troubles walking, she's only 3, I had to take her to BVA as an emergency one night cause she was in so much pain. Dr. Kennedy did test but they came back normal but she had an idea what was wrong and started her on medicine to try. Tessa was better in days. BVA has been amazing with my 2 dogs I had 1 that needed seen at 11 at night I live an HR away and they stayed there til I got there to take care of my dog..I had a 7 week old pup also and they took him in without hesitation..never had an issue with the staff they have always been good to us and our dogs..
BVA saved my Luna’s life. I had taken her to 2 other vets who didn’t know what was wrong with her. By the time I got her to BVA we took her in on a stretcher and I knew she was going to die. They figured it out(autoimmune disorder) and my Luna is alive today because of them. Forever thankful for their care
