Yesterday my mother had to bring our dog in because he wasn’t eating and acting himself. Unfortunately we found out he was in liver/kidney failure and had to make the decision to send him over the rainbow bridge. The staff has always been so wonderful and they were not short of amazing with our situation yesterday. Our sweet Baxter went peacefully and even though my mother was the only one able to be there she said they took great care of him. Thank you for being so caring and compassionate in trying times.

I love Butler veterinary Association I want to thank them and the doctors so much for taking care of my Aussie baby when she is there for her check ups and exam's. My dog (baby) was in rough shape a few years back, it was a couple of weeks we were just so worried we might have to do something drastic. Granted she was getting seen by our regular vet we went to really didn't know what was going on with her they wanted us to go to Pittsburgh to get a lot of x -rays and possibly MRI, before we did that we wanted to get a second... read more
I had an emergency with my Boxer and I thought that the clinic was great to get us in right away and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. the Doctor was very kind as well.
When we found ourselves needing an emergency vet in July after our English Bulldog, Gracie, fell seriously ill, BVA was a godsend. The helpfulness and compassion of the staff during such a heartbreaking time was so very appreciated and softened the blow of what turned out to be the worst outcome. It will be a while before we need a vet again, but when we do I wouldnt hesitate to use BVA. Thank you for all you did for Gracie. ❤
Dr Palumbo is awesome not only with the wildlife she helps us with at Skye's Spirit Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, she also helps my pets. Dr. Berry is also amazing and has helped our wildlife for many years! all the vets and staff are professional and friendly and have the best interest of the animals in mind!
Butler vet has always gotten my pets in within one hour when necessary. They are also very honest when I call with a concern whether or not my pet should receive immediate care or if they are okay to wait and see their regular vet in the morning. I recommend them to everyone who I come across who’s pet needs ER care or reasonably priced surgery. My dogs ACL repair was $1500 less here than at other vets and two years later my dog is still doing great.
