I need to find someone to sublease a one bedroom apartment in San Marcos for the Fall/Spring. It's a great deal. Washer/Dryer in unit, all utilities paid except for electric. $705 a month. Same apartment is going for $725 now. No deposit. It's at Cabana Beach and fully furnished! Let me know if you are interested or if you know of anyone! Please!

This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had. If you’re considering living at Cabana Beach Apartments, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. Contact me for more info, but if you don’t want to pay $200+ for utilities I would not recommend Cabana Beach.
This is the worse experience I have ever had living somewhere. Something breaks weekly and it takes maintenance 2-3 weeks to come “fix” it even though they don’t actually fix it. The staff blows off any issue and says “they will work on it” even though it never actually is fixed. The company they contract with for utilities scams all of the units. My daughter has had nothing but issues with this place since moving in last August. Her air conditioning and dryer are have gone out several times and it takes the office 2-3 weeks to fix them. That is unacceptable!! I am the co-signor and the office will not even contact me! We need out of this place quick!

Been staying here with my gf on the weekends didn’t have many problems till recently with multiple vehicle break ins to include my own.

Do not live here unless you want an unorganized management and property manager, front office employees who do not know what they are doing, a pool only open during leasing office hours (hint, they close the leasing office all the time), and maintenance taking months to get to work orders done.
