I have tried to be peaceful. I have tried to be understanding to protocol. But I’m done defending this. this is ridiculous. Couple of things, one we had one of the maitenence guys literally blame my partner for the reason why we have bugs in our apartment because of our stuff. My daughter just moved in last week and the apartment was disgustingly filthy and roach infested. We are now trapped in a lease for a nasty and unsanitary apartment. They sprayed once which did no good because the entire building is infested. Large roaches and baby roaches all over the kitchen and climbing up and down the walls throughout the apartment. My daughter cannot cook or keep any kind of food in the apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

My husband and I lived there for a minute and we had to transfer out of state due to a job. We had let them know that we needed to leave and they evicted us. They never communicated, people came in to our apartment unannounced and even when I was in the shower. They let themselves in and feel like the own the place, they don’t care about anything but money and they expect my husband i to pay the collections. The appartments are just a fake piece of cheap materials inisde. If the appartments are pet friendly they should be they want to charge me 900 for vinyl flooring which is already 5 years old. Your dad didn't left some money with me that I am gonna pay for it. Try to get good quality at least 22/piece comes with 1 year warrant and they have contract with RASA flooring. Crazy utility bills. I never felt safe. They broke into my apartment and many others. Office didn’t seem to care or notice even though there was a huge rip in the patio screen. Kitchen faucet never worked. My neighbors were so loud and walls are thin. I hated it here. My experience was horrible.
Cabana Beach is an awful place to live at. There is constant WiFi issues and the staff does not care about their residents because they never do anything with complaints. Not a place you want to live at.
