We are in agreement with the post below from Bryant that this has been the worst experience dealing with Cabana Beach this past year. The office who is so friendly tells you one thing and management another thing. They don't return phone calls by parents paying the rent and you have to have someone go in person to speak to a person in the office who then tells you to email a lady at the office. They only want things in writing and management won't speak to you on the phone. Rent went up 26% with 0 renovations to the unit oth... read more

I'd say fair because I did end up getting what i signed form. But it took a lot more effort than a few emails and visits to the office. I had signed my lease around January requesting all female roommate but they assigned me with a male. I emailed my complete but never heard back, i went into the office and they said they would deal with it. for 3 weeks I'd call to be sure they were still trying to fix my problem, when i got my new rooming assignment nothing had changed. This place has the worst management ever! I lived here from fall 2016 to summer 2017. The workers there are friendly, however, the management tends to screw people over. First of all, when putting a work order in, it takes like a month sometimes for it to actually process. For example, I was supposed to have a night stand in my room and I asked for one multiple times.. And for the whole year I lived there.. Never got one!!! The utility bills are also unorganized.. Remember the lovely construction OVER A MONTH AGO? Some people's cars got damaged BEFORE the date they were told to move their cars to avoid damage? This unfortunately included my car, so I emailed the manager about it with pictures, information, and everything she asked for. I didn't hear a single word from management about it since they said they would take care of it... (Again, over a MONTH ago.) I lived at Cabana beach from 2014-2016 then moved back after returning from England in January and when I walked into the apartment my carpet was stained yellow and there was damage to the window seal in the living room that was done way before I moved in in January and now since new management came in I refuse to pay for things I didn't do and I did a checklist the day I moved in. New management is wrong for raising rent I was referring people to go to cabana as it was a lot cheaper then some of the other places I have noth... read more

Noisiest neighbors and thinnest walls I've ever had. And the management does not address extremely loud neighbors, even when their dogs aren't on the lease. They failed to even "find" the dog that lives upstairs and barks endlessly, especially in evenings. They tried handing the problem off to the police but the police said it was management's job to take care of. My friend, if you are reading this, heed my warning. This place used to be good, it did. But new management came, and brought with it a horrible storm of problems. Need to get in contact with the manager? Good luck. She's MIA constantly. Maintenance issue? Prepare to wait at least 3 months and then have them LIE to you about fixing the problem. Desk workers never answer the phone, but when you go to the office you'll see multiple workers just chatting it up. They look like they hate their jobs, and their favorite line is "I ... read more
