Planned a little stay-cation for the weekend & couldn’t have been happier with the short stay. From the front desk staff to the pool deck staff all the way to the valet. This place is amazing! Looking forward to planning my next stay.

Property was easily accessible from the airport. Was locked out of my room twice due to a faulty lock. Couldn’t locate security to let me in the 2nd time. Gave me a new room that had me checking out the next day though I was staying longer. Complimentary coffee was not readily accessible. The young staff tried to help the best they could.

I am sorry to hear about your lock not working during your stay and your checkout day being incorrect. I am glad that they were able to provide you with a new room. We do have complimentary coffee from 4am to 6am available. We also offer pronto cafe with specialty coffees for a fee and coffee is available in our market by the lobby.

Beautiful newer property. So much attention paid to details. Great, friendly staff and clean rooms and common areas. The Scottsdale Fashion Square is right outside the lobby. So convenient to shopping, dining, and nightlife.
