SHAMEFUL!! While the atmosphere was pleasant, my stay was not. The WiFi and AC did not work. Upon arrival, the room reserved was unavailable and we had to wait for another. We, then, were moved a second time due to AC and electrical problems. Though the manager was pleasant, the service beyond that point was terrible. She removed the amenity fees as a courtesy, at least we were told. The AC went out in the new room, and I was over it. The room was not cleaned all three nights and four days we were there. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower, had to use body soap to wash hair. Also, no q-tips or facial pads to remove makeup, however, there were 2 shower caps instead.

They pretend to be a luxury hotel but the way they resolve a lot of things (black outs, the bathroom, enormous space por 3 spirit bottles, tiny closet, the way that they install the tv, etc, etc) reflect improvisation.
