Placed in room with broken air conditioner. Had engineer work on system and waited three hours. Second call to front desk without resolution. Moved late to an upgraded room with air off and temperature at 82 degrees which took three hours to cool down in a city with a high temp of 108 degrees. Room finally cooled down at 12:30 am comfortable enough to sleep. Did not get to enjoy properly. There was no coffee available for early risers. There was no information ahead of time about a $51 a day amenity fee. No coffee in rooms. Showers had nowhere to put products guest brought. Monday-wed which was most of our stay the cafe was closed and again you couldn’t get coffee up front. Coffee Machine broken never fixed. Our room was only “cleaned once” that consisted of making the bed!!!!! We will not ever go to another Caesars Republic location.

We have addressed the coffee machine not working in the market. and I have sent your feedback to our housekeeping team as cleaning should have been provided daily. The property itself is very nice I stayed on the 6th floor which is just under the 7th floor where the restaurant night life is quite loud. I would just make sure I picked a different floor next time. I was very disappointed in room service.. I was hoping for a pot of coffee and breakfast on a plate instead of to go cups and to go cardboard
