Among the worst hotel experience in recent times. Super un-clean room with massive hair left in the shower from the previous guests, no shower gel in the shower, the bottle of shampoo not working, the bathroom sink clogged and a snobby front desk attitude. I thought coming to this brand new hotel would have a different experience, but turns out this place did not provide that experience at all for me.

Every day we had an issue with housekeeping. First day our room was not cleaned, and we had to ask why, and I was asked did you call? I had service please on the door and we were gone from 9-3 and my husband had a zoom call, and the room was still not cleaned. When it was cleaned, they did not replace the toiletries and once again we had to call and request them. They took the bathrobe, and we called for one and it was never delivered. Room was very awkward layout for the price we paid for a corner room. TV set up was fair at best. We wont be back. Bryan
