Not one to write reviews but this felt deserving. 1) Showed up to see my room as a mess. Hair all over the floor/carpets, dirty eyelashes in the bathroom, stains / globs of snot on the curtains, stains on the pillowcases. Had to wait THREE hours for my room to get properly cleaned 2) Construction at 7AM with no prior warning on Expedia or the Hotel's website. 3) pools closed for 3 days of my stay also with no warning on Expedia or the website. 4) Water pressure in the shower is atrocious. & There wasn’t even water bottles in... read more

I would have loved to have given this an amazing review but unfortunately when I checked out, I left a dress in a garment bag in the closet and never saw it again. This was not a small item, nor something that could easily be missed by staff. I checked out on Sunday morning and realized I forgot it on Monday. Property is nice and modern. However the bed was not comfortable and the a/c is so loud I could barely fall alseep.
