Soup tasted canned. No atmosphere. Very mediocre.

The food standard varies. Once the lasagna was good. Meat in rolls a bit like cannelloni. Another time it was terrible with hard uncooked pasta too much cheese and little meat. The tomato soup was too salty. The meat ball parm was too salty and tasted like leftovers. Too bad this is such a convenient place to eat for Lincoln Center especially in bad weather. They get away with such bad food quality because of a captive clientele.

Too crowded. Chicken was dry instead of moist. Space is too small. waiters spread too thin.

I usually go here before seeing an opera. Always good service and good food. This time I decided to order dessert; a hot chocolate and black/white cookie. The hot chocolate was lukewarm and didn’t have enough of a chocolate flavor and the black/white cookie was more cake like and not tasty. Very disappointing. I think I’ll stick with just food and no dessert from now on.

Third time dining here but this could be the last. Service was mediocre at best, but at least friendly. Chicken parmigiana was scorched and had an overwhelming taste of “burnt”. No wonder; it took over 40 minutes to arrive after ordering it.

I used to come here frequently; but have not eaten here for several years. What a disappointment. I sent my food back it was so bad, but I was still charged. The old ambience has gone, but you can't beat the location

This place is only open because of its proximity to Lincoln Center. So, in that regard, it serves its purpose. We had a 5:00 reservation (7:00 curtain). It took 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. They were out of half the items on the menu. Foodndid arrive promptly, but was mediocre. For use in case of emergency only.
