The staff is fantastic and always so nice. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’m sure I never will. I appreciate Dr. Chatman’s compassion and understanding. I would recommend Cahaba Medical to anyone needing care.
Only waited about 7 minutes before brought into a room and all of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Genuinely concerned about my blood pressure. Everything I came for was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Cahaba Medical. Family type atmosphere. No complaints whatsoever.

Very nice staff. Dr. Ballard is very sweet, listens without interrupting, always makes direct eye contact so you know she truly cares about what you’re saying....The wait time is not long at all. The location, for me anyway, is great. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a primary care dr.
