I have no problem exposing my situation. I was recommended this location by friends and they have all since told me that I should have specifically requested one doctor, as everyone else at this clinic is problematic to deal with. So, in total, I stepped into this clinic to get a single perscription managed, as I have other legal routes to everything else in place. If it were possible to give this place less than 1 star I would. You can never get a human on the phone, you can hardly get an appointment when you’re sick, but they will call you into the office on a Saturday to go over lab results they don’t even have AND CANT FIND. They do not actually care for their patients here. Worst experience.

Very unhappy about my service on got on Wednesday I needed refills on thyirde medicine and blood pressure wanted to give me a appointment week away to come back and talk to the doctor I will be out before then receptionist didn’t care
I love Dr Chatman and all the rest the staff.but Dr Chatman told me the appointments are scheduled for every 15 min and that is unrealistic.... I had an appointment at 9:45 and had to call work and telling them I was going to be late ( I was supposed to be at work at 12:00 which didn't happen) It took 2 hrs and 15 min to be seen
Doctors seem concerned and always send u to the specialist u need if required
