RecommendedI really, really like this place. Everyone who worked there was super nice and informative! There was a longer wait than what I believe is normal and the nurse who seen us first to take vitals apologized and was so nice! Then, when Dr. Ballard-Montgomery came in, she also apologized and was super nice. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable. RecommendedI’ve never been treated SO KINDLY in a health clinic as the people here have done. The healthcare industry in the US is full of people who are indifferent, to say the least, but the staff here genuinely care about you and are concerned about your welfare. They don’t make you feel small based on your financial capacities and they don’t make you feel like a waste of time like my experience in local clinics here in Tuscaloosa.
