I got my first vaccine in Perry Co. The staff was friendly and there was absolutely no wait. I drove 1 hr ans 30 mims because I could get the vaccine the next day there. The staff was friendly and every thing was efficient. However, I scheduled my second vaccine for the Ensley site (3 weeks out). It seems that here lately every time I have an appointment something is screwed up. I get a call from someone from there asking about doing a lab visit and they would come out to my truck due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic & the social distancing rule and new laws being brought about. I asked questions on the phone to make sure of what I needed to do. Horrible service from front desk. Nurses never actually call back.
took over 4 hours to get my prescription because sent to pharmacy 40 miles away. while running temp of 103 I made 5 trips into CVS ( as I had instructed on the paper work at sign-in). Had to go back into the clinic to determine the problem. I finally found prescription was sent wrong Rx. Ended up contacting that pharmacy myself and got the prescription transferred to cvs.
