If you want ethical doctors with quality care and service, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had to rate them with one star but I wish I could rate them as the absolute worst. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!
Some staff are very nice, but the overall system is horrible. It took 3 hrs for my daughter to get a ua and a shot. On top of that I waited at the drugstore for an hour and a half for her medication to be called in. I called the staff and they said it would be called in immediately and then they went to lunch without doing anything about it. Horrible service today & of course it wasnt the first time.
Doctors are rude, lazy and always seem to lose paper work. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I did as asked brought all my paper work and they still couldn't figure it out. I had to call my GI doctor and have them fax the paper work a 3rd time before they got it sorted. Then I'm told that I'm a walk in so i don;t get to see my regular doctor after waiting for 12 days for my appointment that I personally made. No walk-in.
