Dr. Andrew Posey was rude and asked grossly inappropriate questions regarding the reason for my visit. I have never left a medical facility or doctors appointment feeling so upset. It started out well, but however did not end so well! If they are going to send a to be Doctor in doing her or his clinicals then your assigned Doctor should be in there too! The first time that happened to me my Doctor was there, and the student observed, but this woman Dr. Williams just set her free! Do not go to the Bessemer Office. Especially not Dr. Lauren Linken. Sloppy, disorganized. Disrespectful. I deserve better, and so do you.
I really like my doctor. There are, however, some changes that I would love to see. The first change is that when you speak with a receptionist on the phone, who makes a note for the nurse, that the nurse would call you back within 48 hours. If I call early Friday morning to get a prescription approved after an EMERGENCY room visit, and staff knows that Monday is a Holiday, why would they wait until Tuesday evening to respond? I was wondering does anyone go to Dr. Lauren Linken in the Bessemer office & what do you think of her ? I'm trying to find out more about her & how she treats her patients.
Horrible organization and nobody cares about patients. to start with, every time you go there, you see a different doctor. staff and docs are lazy. trying to get my results for about a week. The appointment I had to get my results were wasted time, because the doc was on vacation that week. Tried to get my results faxed to different doc but after calling 6+ times, nobody done a thing but making notes. Very disappointed and tired of this place.
