I'm a long-term resident at California apartments. Like everyone else leaving a review I was greeted from the start with the warmest and most pleasant person I've ever met -- Amy. I've also found it just as pleasant to talk to Cathy and Cheril. They look out for your needs. Their online payment and maintenance site is excellent. They are very attentive and respond quickly to your maintenance request. Balcony are washed regularly. The ground and pools are beautifully kept.
