RecommendedWe are very happy we chose to live at California apartments. We moved here from Georgia, sight unseen. What a relief it was when we arrived here! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and kept clean. We moved here in the summer so I was able to take advantage of the pool. All the staff is wonderful. They truly care that you’re happy here. There are community wide events. The maintenance crew is prompt and courteous. The office staff are all so friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend living here

I recently contacted California Apartments to verify my residence as a tenant here and they responded promptly and were very professional and helpful. When I lived here for a year from 2012 to 2013 the apartment was well-maintained, the grounds were clean, and the neighbors were polite and quiet. Leasing, moving in, and move out went very smoothly.

The manager Amy Defoe is one of the best people I know..warm , friendly , conscientious, knowledgeable, ...she has a great staff and knows how to delegate. The property has never looked better and always looks very well taken care of. Annual activities and such show how caring a manager she is and knowledgeable about her staff and renters . I have and will highly recommend California Apartments.

I have lived at California Apartments for over 10 years and I am completely IN LOVE with Amy and her management staff. They have always treated me with respect and Amy has always worked with me to solve any issues/problems. I really can't image living anywhere else. If ever Amy and her staff decide to leave, I'm going with them! LOL! Extremely satisfied.

We have lived here since July 1 and absolutely love it. There have been no issues whatsoever and we love everyone from our neighbors, to maintenance, to everyone in the management office. We arrived from Puerto Rico (Coast Guard) and had to wait 65 days longer than we were promised to receive our household goods. Management was kind enough to allow me to use their vacuum weekly until then, so I was able to clean our apartment.
