I have lived in California Apts for the past 4 years and I've loved it. The area is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the staff is awesome and always willing to help. Maintenance issues are taken care of ASAP and always save when you drive by. They have security that patrols the property in the evening which always made me feel safe especially being a single mom with a toddler coming home from work at night. Im so glad I rented here, the staff is super helpful, the apartment is beautiful and affordable, and they ACTUALLY CARE about the people renting from them! Definitely recommend this complex

It was the most easiest move that I have ever done the people in the office are oh so helpful the maintenance man are wonderful when you need something , it is clean it is really a 5 star rated apartment complex and I would recommend it to anyone , if anything I'm recommending it to someone right now!!!
Stayed here for 2 plus years and no regrets moving here. Amy and her staff were fantastic, place was very well maintained and service was way, way above better. Keep it up!
