Do not recommend. Management of Lodges apartment complex does not care about the safety of their residents and does not care to help when you have an emergency situation.

I am a current resident at the Illinois Location known as the Flats at ISU. My roommates and I are not at our apartment right now due to an unsafe and toxic environment that has not been addressed as a real concern at my location. I have already left an email and voicemail to corporate. I am trying every which way to get something accomplished through someone who has a higher position than the managers at my location because if I do not, nothing will be done.

Went to visit my daughter at The Alden in Birmingham and this is what I pulled into! This should be health concern and needs to be reported to the health department. How can The Alden expect their tenants to pay their rent and not provide them a place to dispose of their garbage.... disgusting

Campus Advantage is the worst student housing Management company ever and their Complex The Luxx is even worse. For the last MONTH, I’ve been dealing with mold, mold growing on our clothes, growing on our household items, growing on our shoes, GETTING OFFERED TRASH BAGS FOR OUR RUINED ITEMS due to their laziness managing and building their complex, extreme moisture and humidity levels, our carpet leaving our feet black, our carpet being sticky bc or the moisture in our apartment, mold growing on our vents, getting sick, the ... read more

My son applied for an apartment at The Alden in Birmingham, AL on Wednesday 8/29/2018. We called everyday since, and the response to any requested and prior-promised status on his application was that the office was “overwhelmed,” -the manager that needed to approve the application -on her desk-was overwhelmed with month-end needs, and everyday we were “promised” (their words) a call back on status and that it would be reviewed. It has been 3 days since I emailed the regional manager for my area Named Danielle Hayden and have yet to receive a reply. A colleague of mine emailed her yesterday and immediately received a reply, at this point questions and concerns are being raised about the unprofessionalism of this management company.
