Canda made the entire process very easy. She and her staff were good about letting us know what information that was needed well ahead of time, which gave us ample time to gather it. The entire staff was very easy to reach if we had a question or concern, even after normal business hours. We were also kept in the loop on each step of the process and didn't have to wonder if things were getting accomplished in a timely manner.
