First off we did not know she switched companies and had to find out by us calling her to ask a question. Being that we are NEW homeowners; we didn't get the proper explanation on how the process would go... Canda never responded in a manner that WE thought was good but we also know that she MAY have other clients but a 2-3 day stretch is like over whelming.
