Do Not Recommend!!! The company will not return calls and does not follow through with fixing issues. We had a new unit and duct installed a year ago. Started having trouble with airflow and dust. Called today- have had our unit serviced by Canella multiple times in past and referred them out- never again. All I wanted to know is if they still carry the coolant that our unit needs- we were told eventually it would not be available. They refused to tell me without paying for a service call. They have all of our information but refused. Bad customer service Canella- especially given the fact I’ve paid you hundreds. I’ll buy a new unit elsewhere!

Amy, I am sorry this just happened. We still carry the refrigerant that the manufacturer originally used in your equipment. In fact, we have never used anything other than the original refrigerant your equipment was made to use. Too expensive. Tried to get $30 tax on $80.00 diagnose.

Phyllis, it is highly unlikely we tried to rip you off for $30 tax on a $85 diagnostic fee. It would seem likely that you are confused that the tax would have been $30 on the repair price of $400, seeing that 7% of the $485 repair (counting diagnostic fee) would have been $33.95. "Replaced" parts on a scheduled maintenance call without notifying my wife of the costs about ~18 months ago. They gave us a ~$380 bill on their way out the door and said they weren't leaving until they were paid. I had to argue with the owner a half dozen times before they regretfully reimbursed me almost a month later. Never again.
