Trustworthy, reliable, responsive, and professional. Have used them for both basic maintenance and for time sensitive service call. Recently completed a duct sealing project at my house which they completed under budget and in shorter time than originally planned. Cut duct leakage by more than 50% on a 40 yr old home. Canella has consistently exceeded my expectations.

6/22 Our air conditioning went out and after analyzing it ourselves and getting nowhere, called in the afternoon. They were there the next day. The technician was professional, clean, quick, and called before hand. They performed a diagnostic analysis, replaced run capacitor, cleaned condenser coil and balanced Freon. 2 weeks later, we called Canella again when our evaporator coil started leaking. We have had our Mitsubishi unit for over one year, and we LOVE it. Canella has been a great company to work, always calls ahead and arrives on time. The employees have always been professional and knowledgeable. The free one year maintenance is an amazing bonus! The unit itself has been amazing.
