I want to thank you for the through semi-annual check-up Scott Stanley did today on our Carrier HVAC system. He has done the exam for the past two times and has always been friendly, answered my questions and completed the job in a timely manner. He took care to keep our carpets from being soiled with outdoor yard dirt and cleaned up nicely after finishing the job. Again thank you.
I have used Canella Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. I believe for my last three (3) "check ups" I have had the pleasure of having "Scott" as my technician. Canella heating and air installed a unit for me that lasted more than 20 years then they installed another one they really do a great job and if I live another 20 years I hope,they are around to service me again really great peaple
General Maintenance check today. Chase, the service tech, was super friendly and helpful as all Canella personnel have been. Chase detected a potential problem with a new water heater and spent a lot of time trying to determine what needed to be done....including contacting the vendor, telling them the details of the problem and getting them to come out today to correct the problem. Chase explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and took precautionary actions to ensure that I would not have carbon monoxide... read more
We recently had a York heat pump installed. Jeff Foxx was the representative who came to our home, took ample time to explain our options, answered our million questions, and told us what Canella would do.
