I Live there in the past 5 years and is very nice. I have supermarket and mall in 5 min. Now I rent again.

My daughter and I have lived here for 5 years. Has been the greatest place we have lived in , in Myrtle Beach. The Sterling Company that owns the property now has put a lot of money into the property. Put new lights in the parking lots. They also put in a chair lift in the pool behind the office so my daughter can go swimming. The maintenance staff is above average. The office staff is also above average. Both groups go above what most other places do. I'll be renewing my lease again next year.

I have been at Canterbury Aparment’s for two years this month. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff and their facility.Deena and Jackie at the front office are friendly and great at their jobs. Many times I’ve had to go down for something and everything has always been taken care of. More like a family. On the other hand the maintenance staff is excellent, with kudos going out to Paul and Dave. Whatever issues I’ve had with maintenance have been promptly taken care of and professionally done. Cindy Hunsinger I've been a almost 3 years now. I have no issues at. Whenever I've turned in maintenance request they have come right out to fix the problem. Everyone is always very friendly. The only wish I have is that a light be put at the second entrance. Sometimes late at night it is very hard to see where the entrance actually is. I live at that and so I not use the main entrance. That would be my only request.

very happy I have been here almost 10 years and have not had any problems that the staff did not fix immediately. I love being so close to stores and restaurants. The grounds are keep clean. I would recommend Canterbury to anyone.

Resident My daughter and I have lived here now for 3 years. Have never had any problems. The office and maintenance personnel have been great. Problems get fired asap. Haven't thought about moving. The property is very convenient to everything.

Everything Great!!! It’s a great place. I’m living in the new renovated unit and it is beautiful!!! Super modern look very stylish for the upcoming market. Not sure why there are so many reviews about maintence. They’ve always responded to any issue i’ve had in the same day weekend or weekday. The staff in the office is incredibly friendly. The pools are always so clean and full of nice people to talk to. The neighborhood Dog park is bigger than any i’ve seen in a neighborhood. Im liking it so far I really like being here. Great space. But having to rent or get your own washer and dryer is a hastle. But they do offer on sigh facilities.

We moved in this weekend and so far the place is great. Office personnel are very helpful, maintenance guy came right away to look at our washing machine hook up, clean apartment and quite neighborhood. Great place to live
