Verified Renter Overall, this is a great apartment complex. The office staff is always very attentive and respectful. Maintenance is always on top of their work whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond within an hour or so. I never have to wait days for an issue to be fixed.

Verified Renter Quiet and peaceful. Great place to reside. The amenities that were offered when I applied have changed. But they are working on replacing them. Love the pool.

Verified Renter Love it here the staff are amazing,the maintenance crew are amazing very warm and welcoming place to live never have any complaints if I need something done I let them know and they’re on it the next day if not the same day. I don’t see myself leaving here anytime soon

Verified Renter I like how the grounds are always well-maintained. Recently I see that a lot of old bushes have been removed. I'm looking forward to see what kind of plants and landscaping is in store for the New Year!

Verified Renter The staff; Brandi, Karina, David, Old Man and the 2 other maintenance guys make this community 5 stars. These 5 people make this small complex what it is. These apt are older and have more issues which can be frustrating. I have been here 6 yrs and would recommend it. Staff is always willing to listen and assist while meeting company guidelines. Thank you so much for your dedication!!! I know your jobs aren't always easy.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is quiet and the office hosts many events for the residents. Ms Karina and Ms Brandy are nice and professional. The maintenance team is pretty good as well.
