Verified Renter Very nice place. Maintenance is always fast to respond. Landscapers do a great job. I wish the areas around the dumpsters would be cleaner, but I understand that really depends more on the tenants themselves.

Verified Renter Four months in and still so far so good. Really can't beat the location since it is so near downtown. Haven't used much of the amenities much so I can't speak much about them. Trash disposal and pickup of litter in common areas could be improved. Overall, I'm happy with my move.

Verified Renter The Management is great. Also the maintenance responds fast to your issues. Parking is not the greatest but manageable. Very quiet area. Dog and children friendly.
