Verified Renter I love my apartment community! The apartments are affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful if needed. The maintenance guys are awesome, they come through whenever you need them promptly. The neighbors are friendly, it's a great place to live!

Canterbury Woods Apartments This is a great apartment complex. Close to the hospital, restaurants and downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice pool area with tennis court. Nice balcony. Large closets in each bedroom. Any maintenance needed is done very quickly. Nice office staff.
Verified Renter I gave it a low score because the apartment is going down. Having everyone moving and I know children have to have a place to stay but it is so filthy. Trash thrown everywhere with cigarette butts and other types to tobacco (drugs). You can smell it in your apartment. Parking is terrible like I complained before. I have a handicap sign in my car and you have everyone and their family park there. I asked several time for one that says Resident parking and have not received it yet.
