My mom stayed at Canyon Springs for about two and a half months, and overall we are very grateful for the care she received. The staff were kind, patient, and supportive throughout her stay. I especially want to thank Yuxi (nurse), XiXi (nurse), Rhea (CNA), all the CNAs and all the PT/OT who took such good care of my mom. We really appreciate their time and effort. Their compassion truly made a difference for our family. Also thanks to Choi, Grace and Gloria (social workers) for helping us with the discharge process. The... read more

Moved my mom to this facility after being in Regional Medical Center and the experience was night and day. Kudos to Canyon Springs for stepping up and not following what their neighbors at Regional do. Thank you Sai and Suzette for taking such good care of my mom.

I recently toured Canyon Springs and met with the Food/Nutrition department. My mom is getting older, so I wanted to obtain more knowledge regarding Northern California post-acutes and the type of menus they offer their patients. I know how important a meal is for patient morale and happiness. I was actually pleasantly surprised. The food service director, walked me through a variety of day-to-day menus and even let me sample some of the food from the specials being offered that day. The food was not only well made but flav... read more

My cousin had a stroke at the age of 54 , unfortunately, she did not have good insurance and needed to stay ay Canyon Springs until she gets a little better. The facility rehab department was awesome and helped her to recover although it was a long rehab days and treatments for her. She was sent to acute rehab after staying in this facility which our family is so grateful that my cousin is back home. Thank you CSPA for your team work.

The rehab team at this facility is awesome. My uncle recently stayed here for rehab and they got him to walk out of the facility with a cane after having hip surgery. Very attentive, knowledgeable and caring rehab staff. Nursing staff were attentive when he needed assistance and were on top of taking care of his wounds. Activities were also lively and exciting for patients who attended. I've never seen a facility where their activity room is packed with patients. The building is also slowly being renovated and didn't have th... read more

This review is for Chris Mendoza, the director of maintenance at the Canyon Springs Acute Care facility. He has done an excellent job maintaining the facility around the clock, making it pleasant and clean for the patients. He is constantly touching up the paint, keeping the patios spotless, and making it fresh and welcoming for the residents and visiting family to lounge with their loved ones. He also makes the facility beautiful by maintaining the foliage, plants and flowers, and he has a wonderfully friendly attitude. The... read more

My mom was admitted to this Facility on Jan. 9, 2020 from a stroke. Her Dr was trying to send her to another Facility for acute and rigorous PT. Since Canyon Springs was across the street from the hospital she was at we chose Canyon Springs for PT and Family support. To make a long story short my mom was able to come home on Jan. 20, 2020. Treatment and PT the staff provided for my mom was far greater than our expectations! She was able to walk without assistance after 1 week and now she's doing great at home!! Thank you ... read more
