My grandfather was taken to this skill facility two days after his gall bladder removal surgery. There were clear orders by the M.D to clean his wound and his jp drain for a fast recovery. Unfortunately none of this was done causing him an infection. The RNs were not aware of my grandfathers condition or medical history. It seems like they did not care for their patients or the elderly they show no sympathy.
