Very friendly and professional office. Everyone takes the time to clearly explain the process of my procedure
Always professional and knowledgeable concerning my care. I have been through multiple jaw restoration procedures with Dr Nguyen and his staff, and each time they take excellent care of me. My last visit included multiple extractions, implants, and bone grafting. The lab representative was there the entire time to adjust and fit my temporary upper denture, and was meticulous. Very welcoming and professional office visit. I enjoyed meeting all of the staff as well as my consultation with Dr. Nguyen.
I was very nervous about this procedure, crown lengthening, but the staff and Dr Nguyen made it easy for me. Absolutely no pain and good info about what to do when returning home.
Staff are always kind, compassionate and efficient. Big price increase for cleanings, though. ☹️

Coming from Nantucket always has its own challenges, but when your hygienist is out sick & you are already half way across the water getting a call to reschedule for 2 days from now; totally throws you!! The ladies were nice enough to set up a contingency plan so I could still have my appointment!!!! Yeah!!! Not every office could or would do this!!
