Very professional staff and everyone was extremely pleasant to work with. The doctor was great, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I was apprehensive because this was a new experience for me, but he was very reassuring.
Dr Joe Nguyen was great put me at ease with everything was going well and explained what he was doing every step of the way he assistant was also very pleasent and worked well with Dr Joe Nguyen His office called next morning to follow up with any bleeding or pain

The whole staff was kind, friendly and very patient. My experience was wonderful
Dr Kim and Luanna (sp?) did a great job with the laser and other jackhammer tools they used during the osseous surgery. While it was painful it was not beyond what I could handle. They were empathetic and communicative which inspired my confidence. I believe that their work will alleviate my periodontal disease and enable me to keep my teeth. Thanks to them both.

Everyone from booking to reception to assist staff to Dr. Nguyen is efficient, human, and compassionate. I have had multiple encounters with this crew. While that is unfortunate for me on one hand, I am very grateful that this level of dental care is available to me.
