From the moment I enter I’m greeted by welcoming professionals who put me at ease.
I had an implant removed because of an infection. Everything was completed on a professional manner with very limited discomfort
Dr N is professional, skilled, efficient and kind.
Having oral surgery is an unpleasant experience, but Dr.Nguyen and his staff do everything possible to make it go smoothly. On both a professional and human level, they are reassuring, transparent, efficient, and competent. Unfortunately, I have needed their services several times over the past six years, and each time I am impressed not only by Dr. Nguyen’s excellent dental skills, but by his patience, kindness, and communication.
The entire staff and experience was supportive and professional. Dr. Isaac Kim provides excellent care, explains each step, and is an easy-going caring professional. It’s such a relief to engage in this type of caregiving. I am very impressed and relieved.
Professional kind caring
Everything went perfectly from initial visit through final implant. Staff was always courteous caring and professional.
A great doctor and a very pleasant crew. However I’m quite disappointed that they no longer file the insurance claims. It represents a reduction in services obviously so they can upfront all payments at time of service and eliminate receivables. I feel it is very disingenuous to blame it on a change in software which was a conscious decision on their part.
