I've been going to Dr. Kenshock for years and what I appreciate the most about him is that he treats you like you are the most important patient for those 15 minutes. He is genuine, attentive, careful, honest and patient. I always feel welcomed to ask questions and never feel rushed or pushed out of the examination room. Can't recommend him enough!

Went into pick up a copy of my prescription and the customer service was fair. The young lady at the door was okay. I guess the mask make personality a little difficult to measure.

I am so happy I decided to come to Cape Fear Eye Associates. From the very first day I came to office, the entire staff was so kind and caring. They took time out to listen to all my questions and concerns. Dr. Riggins was incredible! He answered all my questions and even called me at home to check on how I was doing following my procedure. I have only been going to Cape Fear Eye Associates for about a year. The staff is very friendly and professional. I just has careract surgery and Dr. Patel was great. He did an excellent job and I can see better than I have in 40 years without my glasses. His follow up care is excellent. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my eyes. I recommend Cape Fear Eye highly. Dr. Patel is amazing. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 5. I can now see almost perfectly out of my left eye, and going back to surgery on my right. I’m just overwhelmed. Thank You.

I really appreciate Dr. Patel explaining everything to me. Lillian also was a great help. Explanations very detailed and very easy to understand. All the other employees were great as well. Every single one was so polite and responded as if we knew each other for years. All the employees at the front desk are exactly where they need to be!
