The staff was friendly and patient with me as I struggled a little with my eyes. Quick service. Thank you
They have some great people there. Be prepared to wait a while. My 2 daughters and I were there yesterday for 2 and 1/2 hours. We aren't used to such lengthy doctors appointments. But everyone was really nice.

Everyone was kind and professional. My appointment was at 12:55 and needed to be done by 2:00, after I told them that and how urgent it was I was walking out of there on time. I had to have a lot of stuff during my annual visit so I was impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of Dr. Lam and the staff.
I received horrible customer service from my prior eye professional and switched to Cape Fear Eye. I was in an emergency situation and was able to be seen immediately. I received professional and experienced care from Dr. Stephenson. Thank you for making my care a priority!!
