My son was shot in the eye one Friday evening and was taken to CFVHS-ER. I am grateful that Dr. Jimmie Riggins was on call that evening, as I have no doubt without him my son would be completely blind in the eye that the plastic BB hit. I went into Cape Fear Eye associates for the second time for my son's appointment. The staff was very friendly and amazing with him as they were the first time. They listened and considered what I had to say about his using over the counter glasses to help him even though they said that's normal for kids his age. Since I told them they were helping him they went ahead and gave him a prescription for a pair of glasses made specifically for him. I saw Dr. Krempecki. I also brought my 5 year old daughter to see him. He's excellent with children, she warmed up to him quickly. The staff there is warm & friendly. I purchased glasses for my daughter in the optical shop after going to a dozen other shops. We found something we both liked & at a great price!
First walked in and immediatly felt Welcomed as the environment was Clean, Fresh, and Friendly. Was greeted right away and the staff was extremely friendly. Great play area for your kids in the waiting area to keep them entertained!
Dr. Krempecki is wonderful! He takes time with his patients, instead of rushing - and I think that's very important!
