Amy then staged the house so prospective buyers could really get a good feeling about how to use the space and backyard. My house sold in three days with multiple offers. Amy did an amazing job for us....she gave start to finish concierge-style service. Her staging and photography really were top-notch and showcased our home beautifully. When we got a buyer, she was a diligent and strong negotiator on our behalf. Maybe most importantly, her communication to us was excellent. I never felt out of the loop or that I needed to call her to get information. We highly recommend listing your house or buying a home with her!

We were living in New Orleans and needed to move back to Ct.I was referred to Amy through a mortgage broker. Amy goes "the extra mile" and gives 101%. Understand that we communicated online and by phone. We found houses online here at Zillow. If there were questions about certain homes we saw I would contact her to "field" our questions to the seller's agents.....But Amy went out and previewed all these homes in person sending video and pictures back to me with her evaluation of these properties! Amy's knowledge about design and staging is amazing. She is highly professional and also very knowledge regarding the Buying and Selling process. Amy Stef did a masterful job of selling our old family home in Shelton in the first month it was on the market (May 2016)! She brought in her "crew" to get the older house in shape for viewing using the few remaining pieces of furniture artfully arranged, had the floors mopped & swept, and cut back the overgrown shrubs to show the house frame better. I was looking for a place to stay here in Connecticut Melissa Yates was a 5 star so I said I will take a chance on her when I called her she was very eager to work with me,when we were to meet the 2 times that we did she was always late and very unprepared so I have a new agent and what a breath of fresh air,Maybe she needs more experience
