Amy Stef did a masterful job of selling our old family home in Shelton in the first month it was on the market (May 2016)! She brought in her "crew" to get the older house in shape for viewing using the few remaining pieces of furniture artfully arranged, had the floors mopped & swept, and cut back the overgrown shrubs to show the house frame better. I was looking for a place to stay here in Connecticut Melissa Yates was a 5 star so I said I will take a chance on her when I called her she was very eager to work with me,when we were to meet the 2 times that we did she was always late and very unprepared so I have a new agent and what a breath of fresh air,Maybe she needs more experience
